No...I did not try it...I was already successfully using AA
for my recovery from alcoholism before I saw
a TV special on various recovery methods.
Several years later...I did work on another issue
by using SMART and it too was beneficial.
...There is no right or wrong way to find a
healthy sober future. I sure hope you do.
