Xanax insomnia
The insomnia from my xanax withdrawl is awful. Its been 3 weeks and I wanted to know if I could take tylonel pm to get some sleep or will this interfere with the recovery process. I have to work with children and I need sleep or I will not be able to make it.
I feel like my brain does not know how to sleep anymore. HELP!
