i'm running a 5k w/ my boyfriend on valentine's day... raising money for the cardiac unit. helping others, being healthy... sounds like a good v-day to me.
i exercise a lot... running, yoga, tennis, softball, etc. etc. i'd like to do another triathlon, but i need a gym membership to be able to train and yoga is more important right now. i know what you mean about that feeling, the first time i nailed crow posture i felt amazing... and absolutely, divinely whole.
