Smart move calling the station DK. I do hope its inexpensive to fix.
I got my electric bill yesterday, and it said I was due to disconnection for 28 bucks. Actually, it said "If you haven't been disconnected..." Problem is, when I paid it my receipt said all was okay and "Do not Call"
So last night I called, the guy on the other end said "Don't worry, you can pay the 20 bucks when the normal bill is due". After thanking him and getting off the phone, I double checked their computer to make sure as we know computers run the world....
All is good...but I can only imagine what could have happened...Christmas without electricity and a fridge full of food due to a mishap on their side would not have been pretty. All over 20 bucks. Crazy world sometimes.
