Thats the way I'm trying Wibble, works for me just now as well, soon as I had a few weeks behind me I knew I'd a chance of doing this, not easy though ..................
Don't mean this to sound threatening but how much do you want it ?
I posted the other night the series of events that led to my decision to stop drinking, didn't stop that night but the motivation all started from there.
Took me nearly 2 years to get where I am now, 2 years of really wanting to stop though and a lot of hurt along the way.
I believe though that anyone can make it as long as they want it enough.
There's no quick wins though and the trip isn't always the fun you'd hoped for, bit like driving the length of the country for a football match for it to be 0 - 0 .
