I consider 13th stepping to be abuse of someone by using the program to find a way to get in their pants....
that said, dating is fine IMO....never was into the waiting a year thing....I mean..oportuinitys don't stay around forever..if you have something in common BESIDES the program...get to know each other and enjoy....
just a sensitive spot for me these days...
