Ro Ro try heating pad for 15 minutes then ice then heat...do it 2-3 times each!
I have 3 disc herns. and they flare up bad in the cold and rain-sometimes I can hardly walk
in that kind of weather! I still see my PT and he does ultrasound on it which helps-The massage I believe it makes it worse when it is really hurting...need to do that when the back is not bothering you so much
