My whine today is calling a stinking 800 number to get a seat assignment on my reserved flight, and after going thru the stinking voice cues on the phone, twice, I finally got to speak to a human being, albeit one I could barely understand!!!
Next, I told the guy I couldn't assign myself a seat online as there was no seat assigned yet. Was told I had to do it the day before the flight!!! I asked the guy why then is my seat assigned already on the return flight on December 1st???
I ABSOLUTELY HATE HATE HATE VOICE-CUED VOICE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE DAMN PHONE! AND THERE WAS NO NUMBER TO PRESS OR VOICE CUE TO SPEAK TO A SERVICE REP!!!!!!!!!!
Modern technology can be wonderful but it can also be HORRIBLE AND FRUSTRATING!!!
