I though I'd try to revive the check-in thread. Lets see how it goes.
As for me, I'm at 8 & 1/3 months clean and sober
. No major stress going on in my life. I'm going through a period of....how to describe this....emotional numbness sounds about right. I believe its a reaction to the PTSD symptoms that popped up not that long ago. Its familiar territory for me. My thinking becomes sluggish and I don't talk much. Ah well, I know to be on the look out for depression symptoms and to keep active in my recovery.
So what you say peeps, care to check-in?
