I've read about AVRT, but it's been a while. I keep sayin 'sod it' the moment I get upset about something. But I know dang well that it doesn't provide relief anymore. There's no buzz or euphoria and I start feeling sick as soon as I start drinking. Then I'm drinking to not feel sick from the beer that's making me feel sick! No that's sick! Plus, the sh*t stinks.
