The songs I'm posting are all ones that that I have a strong emotional reaction to, songs that are happy and sad at the same time and often make me cry. A big part of recovery for me is learning to experience my emotions without attempting to numb them with alcohol, pot, or whatever else is within my reach. These songs touch me deeply and are part of my therapy. They're also songs I like to sing if I can keep from crying.
