Meetings, meetings, meetings
I can't beat the face to face hugs, love and support that I get from going to Nar-Anon and Al-Anon meetings. It makes me stronger (if only for a couple hours) when I hear others share their experiences. So then I go to another meeting to get another 'strength' fix and I come here to get another 'strength' fix and before I know a day or two have gone by!
