Try not to assume the worst.

About every 2 years, I wake up after only 2 or 3 hours of sleep with a stabbing pain behind my right eye. These head aches usually last for about a week or two and then go away for another two years.

When I first started getting them, with my paranoid mind, I though I had a brain tumor.

I had a CT scan and one of the best radiologist MD's in the state to look at my images and said that everything looked fine. They call what I have cluster head aches.

Don't assume that worst, it's not worth the wasted energy.
