Speaking of anxiety attacks I had some really bad ones before I went to sleep last night. They kept me awake for about an hour.
Had a few minor ones today, but I have not left the house so I am not as bad. I fear I am becoming mildly agrophobic. All the shops are shut here now so at least I won't be drinking again.
