I did it!
I signed all the bank papers...at the end of this month all my depts are gone and I have a knew place of my own. Just $430.00 a month mortgage payment including my property taxes. With some money left aside to buy a knew vehilce and a trip to Mexico...taking the boys....
This weekend I am going to go buy some nice flowers for the beds and a veg garden...only 3 weeks to go until I am there!
My oldest son and I went out tonight for Chinese Dinner just him and I...wow! He opened up...I just listened. But his face, his eyes....he is so handsome....he has his dads eyes and they are so beautiful.
