Hey Benjiboy - Don't thank me for setting the pace - Negman and Fizzywater are the trend setters. I'm just following the path. Day 21 for me and that makes 3 weeks, which is kind of special to me as I haven't gone past 3 weeks in years. I had kind of a breakdown last night and the depression was overwhelming. I am so much better. Maybe just needed a good cry. Keep the throttle in forward everyone and let's ride this together!!
