Just checking in for day 25, another day down.
Last week I was getting a buzz out of feeling well, been feeling flat last couple of days.
Staying sober doesn't give you the instant hit that finishing work and coming home and pouring a drink does. Working through it but found it harder tonight than I have coming home from work the last week or so.
Just got to remember that the feeling I'm craving only lasts a small while before hours of waiting for it again, don't want to go back there.
