I just love the focus of this thread. it's nice that I can say I have graded from the less than 2 weeks club. pulling out the calendar...counting days now...and today is my 21st day.
I'm feeling some stronger pulls towards using again. this was noticable yesterday. I need to take some action. But so far today I have not. it's been business as usual...cigarettes, coffee, ipod, being lazy.
playing it easy isn't going to get it. I have to take some action.
first thing...I'll follow through with my to do list this morning
2nd....I will care about my work performance, after this break
3rd...I will eat a healthy, early lunch
4th....I will follow through with another item on to do list at lunch
5th afterr lunch I will take pride in my lunch
6TH I will have a plan after work in the idle time between work and my sons activity that I'm attending tonight
7th I will have a plan after that activity
8th I will go home and wind down
9th I will be able to sleep because I will be satisfied with the course of today
10th I will congradulate myself for completing 3 weeks of clean time
