Its good your not finding it too difficult, I know what its like to avoid some friends as well. Theres a couple of people I try to avoid socialising with since I stopped drinking cos I know where it could lead. Feel a bit guilty about it but I kind of just stay out of their way rather than explain things to them, just seems easier.

Day 24 done for me, boredum was my biggest enemy today, was raining all day after the sun of yesterday meaning we were inside most of the day. Through it though and really just caught myself wanting a drink a couple of times. Focus Focus Focus.
