Chiming in late here but adding prayers and support just the same. It sounds like you are in a good place in your own recovery. I get scared at times like this and it leads me to doubts and fears about what might be in store. That's a good time to take a deep breath and remember that HP has got the plan. Step 1, 2, 3 lead me gently at times like this. Keep us posted on how you are doing and how Megan is.
