I am very sorry for the suffering this is causing you. I suffer from PTSD and social anxiety disorder so me and panic go way back. I find one of the best tools I have to combat it is regular exercise of some type. I personallly go to the rec center and swim laps in the pool. Different people have different levles of phisical activity they can do, but something as simple as a brisk walk can help greatly. Try it sometime if you are able to do so and see if it helps.
