Oh my, I'm a codie the other way in restaurants...I am a people pleaser regarding staff. My friend Myra ALWAYS returns something...not justified returns like you and Norm did (I LOVE that name, LOL) and I will not take her to any of "my" regular restaurants.

You and Norm did the right thing. It's just always easier for "Normies" than for us.
