I"m doing breathing/relaxation exercises but am still having overwhelming panic/anxiety attacks. Just so restless I can't sit still. But don't have the energy to 'do' anything. THis is getting very frustrating.
Next appt with my shrink I'm going to ask him if there's another med I can take to help with this. I hate feeling on edge all the time. I have enough real reasons to feel anxious - finances, lack of work, etc - without imaginary fears.
