stress
Hi Friends, just a quick note to check in. I am doing fairly well in the in between place that I am in. But I have been having pain in my neck and shoulders quite often lately. I have had trouble with this off and on for several years now. It is stress related, when I am under acute stress I clench my neck and it gets sore and stiff.
I am trying to be patient about getting some relief from the overwelming stress in my life. I have been attending extra meetings and working on my fourth step. I pray that something will shift soon.
