Shifting It Around...
I know it may sound a bit like rubbish, but I woke up to the fact a little while back that being miserable really is a choice. And I can choose to shift the way I see something by an act of will. CBT is great for this, looking at the assumptions and perceptions that make me miserable.
I found that practacing it has made it easier and I can soon put a skip in my step by looking at things differently.
