For me it's DUCT tape to put over my mouth so all those things I want to say can't come tumbling out of my mouth.
At a craft fair, I recently found a wooden plaque that I bought for one of my recovery friends. It has one of her favorite sayings on it "God keep your arm around my shoulder and your hand across my mouth"
