Hi Everybody, I haven't wrote here in a couple of days. I'm still sober. My back and arm have been real bad the past couple of days again. I saw my Dr. today for my arm. Nothing new there. Same old, same old. I could of went back to PT, I will if it gets worse. There's not much they can do for me either.
Not much to say today. Still working my program, going to meetings, and not drinking.
