As all of you know, there is always a lot of healing on both sides of the fence to be done. My hope is that our son can not only build on his own sobriety but that he can be able to someday rebuild a trustful relationship with his brother and sister.
I'm staying out of anything that reeks of getting involved in his and their healing process
Here's what clued me in to that he sees his problem as big as it has been: he referred to himself as your recovering addict son on the phone, NEVER THOUGHT I'D HEAR THOSE WORDS EVER this time last year..............
