I'm new here, but I was a cocaine addict for two years straight. At the time I was with a guy who was also a cocaine addict. He had some pretty bad problems with his nose as well. The middle part of his nose (septum?) completely wore away. His nose bled all the time and I had to help him clean out the blood clots that prevented him from breathing through his nose.
I'd say just stop doing cocaine all together. Use the saline solution for your nose and do whatever you can from letting your nose dry out. When your nose dries out, it is painful and it can bleed. I used to get a Q-tip and put lotion on it and rub it around the inside. It actually helped me with my sneezing! You can also get some vitamin E gel capsules and squeeze out some vitamin E onto a Q-tip and rub it in your nose too. That was the best thing that helped my nose to heal.
