If there were no bars or stores near you and you wanted a drink....what would you do?
You would find a way to get cross town. We can do the same to locate meetings as well. AA and NA meetings are a great source of support. We can gather the tools and experiences of others to help us stay sober at such meetings.
Continue trying it alone but why work hard when we can work smart? With the support and input from others, it is easier to get the job done.
You are making a good choice. You can do it. A sober way of life I have found to be a great way of life. Good choice on your part.
