I used large amounts of cocaine and I no longer have a septum and have chronic sinus problems. I commend you on stopping that must have been difficult. I suggest seeing a doctor but mine said there was nothing I could do other then surgery (which I may opt for in the future). It will take awhile for your sinus's to start working properly but I know my nose will never work properly again
