Go see a doctor if you can. Tell him whats going on. I had my septum operated on when I was younger. Did coke all the time and my sinuses paid a heavy price. I used a saline solution and also used water. This may work for temporary relief. The good news is that things should go back to normal if you dont use anymore. I snorted so much its a miracle I can still breath. I have a ringing in my ears all the time since I stopped and Im sure its caused from doing a lot of that. Sometimes allergy medication helps but check with a doctor first.
