I think you're experiencing the emotional ups and downs of early sobriety. For me, I had to get used to dealing with real life without using alcohol to numb things. So, it was kind of like learning to live life a new way.
Just be kind to yourself and don't measure your recovery by looking at other people. Just move forward at your pace. We're all on this road together.
