I have taken a daily Multi-Vitamin for years but just recently added "B12" {for heart and circulation} and TUMS with Calcium.
Both my regular DR and GYN have been pushing the Calcium on me for over a year now {due to age and onset of peri-menopause} but I couldn't find one that didn't upset my stomach and wasn't mega expensive so my DR recently suggested trying the TUMS and it works great!!
