I hope that she is either court ordered into long term (year or more and no getting out to do movies) rehab and then probation or given a jail term. Going easy on her is not in her or anyone else's best interest right now. She has too much money and is her own enabler. My AS stated that the reason so many celebrities OD is because they have the money to buy all the drugs they want. The street addicts are begging, conning, or stealing to get enough for that next dope fix. Just because a person has a big bankroll or a famous family name doesn't make addiction any easier to deal with. It is a chronic disease. The celebrity addict's judgment is no better than other alcoholics and addicts. Rich and poor addicts are not rational thinkers.
