well, the childsupport is now paid through the court, deducted out of his check, its just started but he thinks that he is helping me out until it starts coming to me. why, i dont know., but for some reason, he makes it a point to mention that he is paying childsupport, when the court have him on record as being 30,000 in the rears.

he's still on probation, and i think that may have something to do with something, i don't know. he said today that he was gonna file for divorce, if thats what i want, he says that he's fine with getting a divorce if thats what i want. you know, i don't know, but it sure feels like he has something up his sleeves. i think for now that it might be best if i just keep my distance. i don't know yet if legal aide is gonna handle my case.
