I felt that way about my son not too long ago.
He seemed to be on a death mission. He was drinking daily. He reeked of it all the time. It lasted about 6 months. Today, he is still at his dad's. Has been seeing
a cougar. A cougar, I just found out from seeing Ocean's 13, is an older woman who dates younger men. He's 25. She's 36. She doesn't drink, do drugs, and a few months ago, left her husband of 17 years. She works at a store that my as goes to.
That's how they met. Anyway, since meeting (sleeping with) her, he has completely done a 360. Except for the pot. Still smoking pot, when he can afford to buy it, which isn't too often lately. So now he has a new mama. lol
He is doing better and that's all that matters to me. His dad still drinks and acts stupid. I gave up on him a looooooong time ago.
