How long did you stay angry?
Hi, I still feel so much anger at my ex abf.
I feel that I it serves a purpose for me because it keeps me from answering the phone when he calls.
BUT, maybe carrying around all this anger is not healthy.
I've been feeling this way for about 3 months.
How long did it take you to let go of the anger??
