Gee, I needed that, thanks! I've been struggling a lot lately with feeling so foolish and weak for allowing myself to be in that situation for so long.
I have been so angry with myself lately. But i remind myself that I learned a lot in the process.
It sounds like your doing the right things, your child's counselor seems to have good advice.
