Yo and good morning all!
Got MORE than the usual sleep last night.. turned in at 9:00pm AND did not get up until almost 6:30 (but got Atka out and then fed somewhere around 5:00AM).
Life is MUCH improved with a decent nights sleep.
I have had the tens unit used for a labrial tear of my shoulder (with therapy). I would teeze the therapist who applied it and tell her she could savea lot of time and money.. just hook up an electric fence and attach patients to it!
I am bad.
Pain is no fun. I have two destroyed knees from 20 years of milking cows and two surgeries for a kicking accident with a horse. I take Naproxene but can only do that for so long and have to stop due to stomach issues casued by it.
Getting OLD is HIGHLY OVER RATED!
OK.. off to do some dog training then for a walk with the dog and then church.. come home and blast off to try to get Atka enrolled in Obedienct training (where the dogs learn and the people get trained.....).
