It's an interesting film, for sure.
I had a very big concern at the end, when, the main character threw away her anti-depressants. Not very socially responsible message to give to those who need meds to keep them from going over the edge.

And I did understand the message of changing our thinking. But, depression, bipolar condition and other mental illness is a chemical imbalance in the brain. It's not subject to the old, "pull yourself up by the boot strap" thinking. It's an illness that needs treatment, and throwing away the meds can, and has often meant, one more dead body. As I said, not socially responsible in that category, though I did like much of the movie.
