I just need to say more. I was weeping when I typed my
little response. The story is too beautiful. I imagine the
man by the window encouraging the other, but maybe
he was suffering from a disease or treatment that caused
deep depression. I just couldn't shake that saying from
my mind..."When we help others, by doing so we help
ourselselves".
