As a start, you can come here and read posts that you can relate to. I just joined a few days ago and I have learned so much. And I agree with Anvilheadll, Alanon is a good place to start. I've made it a last resort in the past, and now I see it needs to be the first step. A member of this board told me its ok to go in after the meeting starts, and sit in the very back if it makes you more comfortable. Is that an option for you?
