A mountain climb is on the mind of little people today and what a good day to start..........This is also a part of cleaning house as discussed many times before..........
You start at the bottom of the hill and work your way up......With the Holidays upon us this trip up may seem a bit rocky.......That is ok.....keep moving forward and watch the pot holes along the way................Be sure you write everything down along the way to describe the experience .......Look at when you were messed up and what it is like now in Recovery.......
