One thing about Recovery......there is always someone that is here to talk to no matter what................If Depressed or just down do to some special reason........We are always here.....................I care and I have an ear to listen.......................
Take some time for yourself if family gatherings get a little rough..........go for a short walk and get the fresh air you need to re-group your thoughts...........Don't forget about your program and why you are in Recovery............God is watching you close and wants to stay close to you.............Hugs are here any time you have the need for one............
