One of the hardest things about recovery is the choices we have to make. You're facing a tough choice right now, but you know what you need to do and are going to do it. That's what it takes to stay sober.
And, in my opinion, saying 'No' is sufficient. Don't let yourself be put on the defensive. Say 'No' and move on and you'll be just fine.
