For me, participating here is absolutely addictive. But it has helped me to stay sober for longer periods of time (I think) than if I didn't come here. And if I've relapsed, it helps me find the motivation to try again. My gf
does get frustrated with me because I spend so much time on the computer. It takes considerable effort on both of our parts to get me to log off sometimes.
