Chris Weldon is no stranger to recovery. As a former Roman Catholic priest, he suffered a nervous breakdown stemming from depression and anxiety. Having spent four months in intensive outpatient therapy, he's learned vital self-care skills in the area of self-parenting and the 12 Steps and is passionate about sharing his journey with others. Chris earned his Master of Arts (MA) and Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Kenrick Glennon Seminary and his Bachelors of Art (BA) in Communications from Cornell University.
