WOW! I am really excited....
Buying my first home! No more rent for me!!!
It is a nice 3 bd in phx. area, finacing should be finished in the next 2 weeks... Oh wow... PARTY! I will get my very first house warming... I think I am jazzed...

Hi Peacefulpipe,

Good for you! I've had my own house for the last 6 years. Very empowering and it provides alot of stability for kids.

GG you have an inground pool! OMG you are soooo lucky! I'm there! I also see the big AC, lucky you. I also love the spanish style gate! I can actually visulize lots of plants and trindles that you are going to put up! Ha, I'm not sure what the ivy like big leafy plants are,but how beautiful it will be! Hey did you artical come out yet? Post it! We want to see,Iv been looking for it in the store.
