Hi Isabel,

It's very hard sometimes to deal with all the messes we made while we were drinking/using. And, the fact is sometimes we can't repair what we did. It may not work. All you can do is to do your best to live everyday sober and to make amends to those you hurt. There are many ways to do this that can be helpful to them and to you.
